If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get amount in your bank account. You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you received the product. Please click on the link here to initiate your return https://didasports.com/a/return
If 7 days have gone by since the delivery, we will not be able to accept your return.
To be eligible for a return, 'Your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it' & 'It must be in the original packaging' and the tags should be intact. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive the package, and passed the QC, we will initiate the payment to your bank account.
3. Pick up: We will arrange for the pickup only for once. For the same order, more than once return up is not eligible. You can initiate the request for return through our platform by clicking on the link below.

We will schedule a reverse pickup of the product if the said request is raised within stipulated period of time.
4. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be accepted for return. Unfortunately sale items or discounted items neither can be returned nor they can be exchanged for another item.
If the item was marked as a gift or is given under any promotional offer free of cost, there will not be any size changes or item exchange.
No items purchased as a part of clearance are subject to return/exchange.
