Return & Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the product and get store credit. You can exchange or return a product for up to 10 days from the date you received the product. Please click on the link here to initiate your return https://didasports.com/a/return
If 10 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we cannot accept your return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, 'Your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it' & 'It must be in the original packaging' and the tags should be intact. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive the package, and passed the QC, we will initiate the store credit and you will receive an email with the store credit code.
3. Pick up: We will arrange for the pickup only for once. For the same order, more than once return / exchange pick up is not eligible. You can initiate the request for return/exchange through our platform by clicking on the link below.

We will schedule a reverse pickup of the product if the said request is raised within stipulated period of time.
4. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be accepted for return or exchange. Unfortunately sale items or discounted items neither can be returned nor they can be exchanged for another item.
We only replace items once if you are not satisfied with the size/ colour of the garment you receive. If you need to exchange it for the same item, click on link below.
If the item was marked as a gift or is given under any promotional offer free of cost, there will not be any size changes or item exchange.
No items purchased as a part of clearance are subject to return/exchange.
Kindly note that all the offers/discount/promo codes applicable on Dida Brothers Company Private Limited website are mutually exclusive of one another. One offer cannot be clubbed with another offer. Only one offer/ promo Code is applicable for one purchase.
